This sheet is a simple grid with 6 sections, labeled slice, julienne, chop, cube, dice, mince. My suggestion is to print on cardstock, then laminate. I use these as part of a knife skills practice activity. I call the students to a table in small groups, give each an apple and small chef knife, and demo each cutting skill one at a time.
