Help manager your kitchens by creating a "Health Inspector" roles. The Health Inspector is in charge of watching all kitchens to see that they wash their hands, cleaned their dishes, returned every thing, wiped off counters, and swept the floor. Their "payment" is that they get to try a piece of everyone's dish (for safety reasons of course!). This is an edible sheet that you can change what you keep in your kitchen drawers and cabinets for the Health Inspector to verify.

This assessment is used for the cooking process in grades 10, 11, and 12. The front side is the evaluation and on the back side is the grocery list the students provide for the product they are making. This provides me with a list of ingredients I need to purchase. On the evaluation form one of the items is a shared duty - this is a duty assigned to each group on a rotating basis and includes things like laundry, refilling the drawers with washing/drying cloths, washing trays.
