Baking Around the World Project
This project is designed for students to chose a country around the world (from the provided list) and to create a power point and oral presentation project on that country's baked item. All of the criteria and directions are provided. I used this in my Baking & Pastry Arts class but it could be used in any foods class where you're studying baking.
