The best way for students to learn how to measure accurately is to have them practice! This is a PDF I created to make measuring ingredient practice stations. This has step by step directions for the students to do to practice measuring the following ingredients: brown sugar, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder/ baking soda, vanilla, rice/oats/coconut/chocolate chips, shortening/ peanut butter, water/milk/oil. I laminated my sheets so they are easily cleaned after students go through the stations.
