This worksheet is a form for students to fill out while using the internet to find information about an animal. The information can then be used to write a report about the given animal. This file contains two pages. The first page describes the intent of the worksheet and provides four websites for students to find information. The second page is the actual worksheet for students to complete. (Updated February 2021)

I created this Cyber Hunt as a way for our students to learn about viruses, how they affect us, and how to stay healthy. Students will use a given, kid friendly website to gather information to answer questions. Cyber Hunts are a great way to introduce research using the internet and how to gather evidence from the text to to support answers. Students will gain valuable technology skills such as navigating a website, scanning a web page for information, and identifying facts to answer questions

Internet Scavenger Hunt
This was a great tool in practicing searching information on the internet. They needed to use google and I also provided them websites for some of the questions. You may need to tweak the document to make it more personal. For example, I used the Chicago White Sox baseball team in a question. If you are from New York, you may want to use the Yankees. Its whatever you prefer!
