Physical therapy projects for Microsoft Word
Health Careers Research Project
Students will research a health related career and present it to the class. I've included a checklist, outline, a career list, and a rubric for the students. I also included a teacher rubric to help make grading easier. I usually give students 6-7 class periods (47 minute periods) to complete this project before presenting to the class. I like to assign a random career to each student so they aren't presenting the same thing. I do this at the end of the school year when students are checked out!

Students will research an assigned injury/illness, create a Google Slides presentation and present it to the class. I've included the outline, rubric and a list of injuries and illnesses.

Health and Physical Education Assignment
"Who Am I" end of semester assignment. At the beginning of the semester, I have students create a small poster to introduce themselves. This is a great way to get to know the students and their interests. At the end of the semester I created this mini assignment to see students growth and interests within the class. This is a great way for students to look back and reflect on their growth in the semester. This can be adapted for all grades.

Anatomical Model Project
Students will create a 3D anatomical model of a body part. The get to choose. There is a rubric attached to this document. My students absolutely loved this project and it gave me some 3D anatomical models i could use for class so i did not have to buy any.
