This is one of my favorite lessons that is easy-to-follow! The PowerPoint starts with an easy introductory competitive game that involves the whole class. The PowerPoint then leads into describing foodborne illnesses such as Salmonella, Staph, E. coli, Listeriosis, Perfringens Poisoning, Botulism, Toxoplasmosis, and Hepatitis A. The PowerPoint is followed by a handout and worksheet reviewing the information. Students will enjoy this one!
