12 Angry Men Reading Comprehension Test (3 Act Version of 12 Angry Men)
This is a detailed, 33-question multiple choice/true false reading test for the original screenplay of 12 Angry Men. (This is the version that has the juror description at the beginning. It has way fewer details than the later version. This older text can be easily found online by Googling “12 Angry Men full-text.”)
It is critical that the students are able to tell the jurors apart in order to do well on the test. The graphic organizers included will help them study.

Student Self Assessment for Creative Writing Class - Short Prompts / Final Exam
This can be used as a final exam for a creative writing course, or just as a final assignment and evaluation for the course. TN Language SPI 1.1.9 Comma Practice - In a series, In dates, and In addresses
This is an independent practice worksheet for commas. This assesses whether students know how to correctly use commas in a series, in dates, in addresses, and in the closing and greeting of a friendly letter.
This practice sheet is made to mimic the TCAP item sampler and practice test. It goes along with TN Language SPI 1.1.9. Although this was created to be like the TCAP assessment, anyone can use this to assess correct comma usage.
