I use this chart as a final assignment or semester test for students.I let students select 2 tasks each to complete to count towards semester test grades.I will usually add items to the list as something that breaks or gets messed up is specific to my classroom. However, what is on here can be used for any general FCS classroom with kitchens. There are 60 different tasks for students to choose from on my chart. I am also including some inventory sheets for students to use for inventory tasks.
