8th Grade Agriculture Curriculum
With the 8th grade class in my school, they get split into 4 groups and rotate between CTE classrooms each quarter (I get each group for 9 weeks). In that time, I introduce FFA and agriculture in general and then they vote on specific things they want to learn about the remainder of the quarter. Function of ingredients in quick breads
This is a fun and quicker lab to introduce quick breads to the students.
