8th Grade Agriculture Curriculum
With the 8th grade class in my school, they get split into 4 groups and rotate between CTE classrooms each quarter (I get each group for 9 weeks). In that time, I introduce FFA and agriculture in general and then they vote on specific things they want to learn about the remainder of the quarter. This bundle includes that introduction assignment along with some of the 1 to 2-week units I've created to teach my students about the specific things they voted to learn more about.

Seed Germination Lab Bundle

The lesson explores the 6 steps to the scientific method, goes in-depth on writing a hypothesis and a conclusion, and walks students through an experiment, testing if green bean seeds germinate better in the light or the dark.
