This five day unit including a summative assessment tests student mastery of multiplying by 10. Students use interactive websites throughout this five day unit. The summative assessment contains a fluency piece as well as a rigorous word problem section. There is also a pre assessment given so students show growth from day 1 to day 5. These skills would be spiraled in as they continue to multiply in multiples of 10 after mastering multiplying by 10.
