Behavior Contract with Teacher Recording Form with Editable Target Behaviors!
This is a great behavior contract that I use to pin-point behaviors that need to be changed. I explain to the student the behaviors that are not working in the classroom and show them the Behavior Contract. I tell them that I will be recording each time they do not follow the contract.
