This organizer is great for the students at the end of the unit on heat. We did all of these experiments on separate days in class, melted ice, popped popcorn and cooked an egg to show what happens when we heat foods. The students then complete the cause/effect chart with pictures to show the changes they experienced. Of course, we had to sample all our foods when we finished!!! (Be sure to check for food allergies before allowing tasting)
