These assessment trackers are for each of the 5 unit dictations in Fundations Level K.
Each unit tracker is designed to record students' incorrect responses on the Fundations assessment. After, you have a whole unit of data on 1-3 pages. This makes it so much easier to notice trends in individual student skills as well as whole class skills!

I created this product because I was teaching at an afterschool program where one of my classes I taught was spelling. I wanted to create a template that I could use on a weekly basis and just write my students words in out of order than what was on their lists.

DSA Developmental Spelling Class List Chart

Qualitative Spelling Inventory (QSI) Student Sheet and Record
A cleaner, more organized way to track Words Their Way QSI results over time. Have students write on this sheet, then you check boxes to designate the level and time of the QSI.

I write the children's names down the side and keep track of their phonics progress throughout the year by giving them a checklist when I can see evidence of their mastery in guided reading time, in their writing, or on weekly spelling tests.
