"Who Has My Book?" Library Activity

Lucky Librarian
This is a fun activity for students to learn and practice the terms title, author and call number, and to practice reading aloud and presenting to others. It will also expose students to a variety of books they might like to check out. Students must pay close attention so they will know when it is their turn to share! This can be used as a formative assessment of library skills and vocabulary. Students have a ‘script’ and a book and must fill in the blanks of the script, reading aloud the ti

Data Collection Form

This is a data collection form I use for my students who have benchmarked IEP academic goals. I color code it for two reasons: 1) I also color code my lesson plans and can go back and look at why a student was doing really well or why they struggled based on the activity that week 2) because data is boring and color makes everything more fun!

Data Sheet for Reading Mastery

I made this Data sheet for my Resource Groups that use Reading Mastery. My kids love to earn reading flashcards at the end of group. So I just record if they went through their words or not. (The same if an assistant is leading a group.) This way I am also able to record a lot of group data on one sheet: primarily absences and skill mastery. It's pretty basic, but I hope it's helpful.
