Before starting a group assignment in which they write a children's story (student's do have a choice to do this independently as well), they fill out a proposal for the teacher/publisher. This gets them to brainstorm ideas. I have this document uploaded on the platform, TeacherMade, then I share this link with them in their daily lessons on a school platform for daily lessons.
