TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have over 25 years experience in education with an expertise in Exceptional Education which makes me an expert in multiple learning strategies to promote long-term memorization of concepts. I have also had a great deal of experience with administration K-12 and specialize with working with at-risk youth. I am a professor for leadership and integrative studies as well as a educational consultant.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I use my background of Instructional leadership and twenty years of teaching/administering/coaching experience to ensure a quality education for all students despite environmental circumstances, socio-economic status or varying exceptionalities. I have been blessed to write my memoir, The Cards of Life; When all hope is gone trust then believe, which has afforded me the opportunity to be a professional speaker. I am now an author of several titles. I am a certified life coach and educational consultant for the most at-risk populations. I have conducted workshops, summits, speeches, and consulting with the Department of Education, project Graduation, and National At-Risk Youth Conferences. My first book entitled, The Cards of Life, When all hope is gone trust then believe.” speaks to the heart of troubled teens and teaches them to not make EXCUSES to FAIL but use their circumstances as a reason to SUCCEED. I am committed to providing a support system for my fellow administrators, educators, parents, and students, with the ultimate goal of giving all students the opportunity to a quality education, which is essential for them to reach brighter tomorrows.
