**I added a bunch of new songs in 2017!**I created this collection of popular and relevant Christian inspirational songs and discussion questions to get my students thinking more deeply about their Christian faith. This is a year-long guide designed to do one song per week, but there are many more songs to choose from so that you can fit them to your own teaching needs. An ACHIEVEMENT Chant
This chant is how I begin class everyday. Not only is it a great way for the kids to get motivated for class (and teach them to spell the word achievement), but it's a great procedure for beginning a class.
We pat, pat (our desks), and clap, clap (our hands) in rhythm through the chant. The kids love it and so do I.
It's also a great way to raise motivation before a test or big assessment, as well!

Winners are Not Bullies
This is a song written to the tune of The Battle Hymn of the Republic. It is a song that explains what a bully is and that winners are not bullies. We sing this song at our school weekly, substituting our mascot (Broncos) in place of winners, thus becoming Broncos are not Bullies. You could do that for your school mascot also. This song is fun to sing and promotes respect.
