I use these songs during calendar time in my classroom. I allow the children to create the hand motions, clapping, snapping, etc. to help them make it fun! We sing these daily. I have ex-students that tell me they still sing some of the songs to help them remember how to spell the months. I made a search for literary devices in different Christmas songs. I made them stations and gave the kids about 3-5 minutes per station. They loved it! Songs lyrics are not attached due to possible copyright issues, but they are easy to find online.
