Classroom Scavenger Hunt
I used this scavenger hunt as a centers activity for the first week of school. The students enjoyed getting to explore the room by themselves and I felt it was an easy way for them to get to know each other and their environment quickly. As a science teacher it was particularly useful to instructing the students on expectations for groupwork and safety elements around the room. You could easily draw & photocopy or create a class outline to replace the one I've made for my classroom.

I use this almost daily!!! I usually pass this out to groups when doing labs where they choose what they get to make. They fill it out and then hand it in to me and then I take all the lists and make one big "master" grocery list for myself! It is so quick and easy to use and has made my grocery list making far less confusing as I prepare for my grocery trips that (let's be honest) I feel like I am always doing as an FCS teacher!

Seating Chart for Multiple Classes
This is the template that I use for my seating chart. I have Kagan desks, so finding a seating chart that shows the actual layout of my classroom has been impossible. I write the number on the desk using a sharpie or expo marker (don't worry, they come off with a Clorox wipe). The students then come in, find their name and their number, and then find the desk with that same number.I hope this helps!
