Attached is the layout for the game I play in my Art History class as an introduction to the course. Students do not often realize how much in the world can be considered art beyond the common known architecture, paintings and sculpture. I give them an offbeat example, such as cake decorating or tattoos just to get them thinking out of the box before the game begins. I separate the groups so they cannot hear each other, otherwise there ends up being endless accusations of cheating (trust me!)
