Lung Capacity/Respiratory Lab
This lab activity explores the lung capacities of students and encourages them to hypothesize why lung capacity is different among their peers. All you need for this lab are some balloons, rulers, a calculator, and this handout! Students will measure tidal volume and expiratory volume, and investigate the relationships between these measurements.
