This can be done in discussion group orally, can be done written and then discussed in small or whole-class groups, or a one-on-one conference with the teacher/counselor/admin. I added explanations for certain letters because it is powerful to articulate why something was a highlight or an appreciation, and why you are concerned about something. This is a useful tool for students to start to see patterns in their own lives as it relates to weekly behaviors. Typically, students refer to previous Week in Reviews, and complete averages based on those categories. They then record those averages on the Week in Review Reflection.
