Instructions: Students cut the food items and paste them into the 'Healthy' or 'Not Healthy' box.
This is a cognitive sorting (decision making, organisation/planning) activity which supports fine motor skills of cutting and pasting.

At the bottom, count how many of each food group. Since the food pyramid state for each group "between 2 - 3" for example, I will still have a class after the worksheet with the facts.
