Description

Instructions: Students cut the food items and paste them into the 'Healthy' or 'Not Healthy' box.

This is a cognitive sorting (decision making, organisation/planning) activity which supports fine motor skills of cutting and pasting.

Students learn about healthy and unhealthy foods.

Teaching Ideas:
- Use real foods to talk about in class or group discussion
- Taste foods
- Brainstorm a list of healthy food and unhealthy food in addition to the foods in this activity
