Personality - Changes throughout lifespan
This 3 page interactive notebook was developed as an online portion of our lifespan development course. It could easily be used for independant living, phychology, teen life, adulting, or child development. Perfect for distance learning. Editable Calendar Data Notebook Behavior Clip Chart or Flipchart Tracking
I put together a calendar that could be used in a students data notebook. This can be used to track behavior for each student. Our school uses a flip card system. But the calendar can be EDITED based on what you use at your school. Each day my students shade what color their behavior card was turned to at the end of the day. Each month even has a spot for the student to write a monthly behavior goal. We also set goals for the upcoming week as well. Great resource!

Student and Teacher Behavior Incentive Rating Form
This form allows for the teacher and student to both rate their daily performance in the classroom. The teacher may implement a reward system based upon the number of stars earned, and it give students the opportunity to have a say in how they feel they behaved for the day as well. This can open a dialogue between student and teacher on behavior expectations and assist in positive behavior changes.
