Magnetic Objects Picture Sort
This picture sort is a great activity for a Science center, for using on the board as a class, or as an activity for students who finish their work early. You can also copy and paste these pictures and labels into a SmartBoard activity for the class. This also works well as an assessment for students who do not do test well.
Cut out the pictures and laminate them or have the students cut and paste them onto a separate paper for an assessment or activity.

Science Graphic Organizer for Recording Observations and Findings
I have used these graphic organizers when learning about the different types of water in the hydrosphere on Earth. We recorded observations of the amounts and then discovered what each type of water was called (salt water, and freshwater- groundwater, surface water, and frozen water). Then we recorded the percentage of the Earth's water each one makes up in the somewhat proportionally sized boxes on the 2nd page.
