Virtual Trip to Disneyland and Quiz / scavenger hunt

Each year, students take standardized exams. Some are statewide and some are nationwide but they all cause students to have anxiety. This lesson teaches children and teens what adults know about overcoming stress. It can lead to a daily dose of meditation or mindful reflection, depending on your style as an educator. In addition, doing a mindful meditation right after lunch will help the entire class calm down and refocus.
