SONG PARODY PROJECT
This is a great group project option! It is so fun to see what your students come up with and can be used multiple times throughout the year. You can guide your students to base it on a specific theme, holiday, or whatever works best for students! This project can take around 3-5 days to complete. If you have a group that finishes faster, try having them memorize their lyrics to take it to the next level. You can even make it a competition between all the groups for the best performance!

Concert Makeup Assignment
When a concert is required, but students do not attend, there must be an assignment to makeup those missing grades. This particular assigment gives students two choices, one of which involves attending a separate concert, and another research project. Both require 500 word essays. There are very specific guidelines for each choice.

Web Media Music Search Project with Rubric
This is a great introductory music appreciation project worth 100 points.
Students will learn how to search the web and use the given Wikipedia encyclopedia link to begin an essay on the music Artist/Topic assigned to research and document biographical information to complete the project. Music Composer Lesson Tic-Tac-Toe board for multiple intelligences
Teach a unit on composers and using technology. There are activities for each of the nine intelligences.
