Students create a children's book on a topic of their choice. The goal is to celebrate the topics and course content that you have taught/learned over the course of a unit, quarter, semester or year. I do this project every year and my students love it. We create short, 6 page children's books to celebrate the content we have learned. This applies to social studies very well but can be used for any other content. I do this with sophomores and seniors.
