What Does This Resource Include? 

• An editable professional development PowerPoint Presentation about building & maintaining positive relationships for leaders. The presentation includes: discussion questions, teacher-led instruction, and a small group activity where participants are given different scenarios surrounding either building or maintaining a positive relationship. 

• A worksheet version of the scenario answers in case instructors want to do that portion on paper.

Why Should I Buy & Use This Resource? 
I originally created and used this professional development when I led a training for high school students that were working in our Summer Rec Program with elementary and middle school aged kids. It was relevant to their work, engaging, and empowering for them. This resource is editable and can be very easily adapted to make it relevant for teachers that might be new to the field.
