Polynomial Function Project - Roller Coaster
In this project, students learn how to use polynomial function to model roller coaster rides. In this first part, they are given some polynomial functions to find the relative maximum/minimum, increasing/decreasing intervals, x- and y-intercepts, etc. They will explore the average rate of change.
