This is a brochure on ideas for interdisciplinary lessons on a unit on potatoes. Students can go through the process of planting the potatoes in the school garden, observe and study their growth, and eventually harvest them. In the introduction students will begin initial observations of their potato using the five senses and generate inquiry questions which we can explore throughout the unit.
