This project allows students to demonstrate their understanding of volume and surface area of three dimensional figures. It gives students the opportunity to directly apply their knowledge and understanding of geometrical objects in a real world situation.

System Of Equations Project (With Relevant Student Problems)
This project incorporates relevant-to-student word situations and has students create, solve, and describe the equations, graphs, and tables of the two equations, as well as the solution to the system. This rubric is great to use for general poster projects. There is a section of the rubric that addresses quality of the poster and a section that addresses quality of the presentation.
