This is a compilation of four homework activities for kids who struggle with tongue-jaw dissociation, or the ability to move their tongue separately from their jaw. I have provided my version of simple 2 and 3 step sequences that i have used with more severe patients in a nursing facility. They're very simple and include some safety awareness sequences. Great for an individual who has difficult with 2 and 3 step sequences and putting them in order. This would also be a great warm up for patients that are working on 2, 3, or even 4 step sequences.

The Giver Modified Reading Questions
Modified Reading questions for Lois Lowry's The Giver. These are very simple reading questions for the lower level kids; they serve as a reading guide as well as reading questions. There are visual aids throughout the packet. The questions range from multiple choice, fill in the blank, and short answer.
