End of Class Survey & Reflection
I use this at the end of every quarter/ semester with my students at the middle school as a self-reflection tool. I love getting to read what the kids have to say. I always get some good laughs and smiles out of reading through them after they hand them in. It is great to think about what to change or do differently the next time I do activities with students.
