This is a resource I use to help my students learn emotions and practice checking in with themselves. I created this when working with my vocational training students (18-22) however I also have started to use it with my younger students. This is for learning basic emotions and pairing it with other emotional regulation resources like Zones of Regulation, etc. When I use Zones, I use the flashcards with the zones specified to keep the same terminology. I usually print those out and cut and lamin
