Given the Amplitude, Period, Phase and Vertical Shift students are required to draw and label the axis on the graph of the trig shape as well as write the equation. No questions have both b, and c values or reciprocal functions in this set so its a good beginner level. Editable Word document so you can make your own variations. Hopefully the formatting will stay. I will load a PDF version BridgeBuilding as well just in case.
