Subtraction Jeopardy Review Game

It also has various math concepts such as counting using one-to-one correspondence, number identification and graphing. Example: Students will have to circle only the orange objects they see. Students will also have to count the orange objects and match them to the correct number.

Make your math journals more interactive. This is a smart board file with Kindergarten Math Journal prompts. Display 1 prompt each day. Have children copy it in their journal and solve the problem. Then they can use the Smart Board to share their solution with the rest of the class. You can also type up the prompts and have children glue them in their journals. MCCKMD3 Classify and Count Smart Board Lessons and Practice
The following activities can be used to teach, practice and assess the requirements of Common Core Standard MCCKMD3 that calls for classifying objects and counting them. When used in preparation for the matching MCCKMD3 Assessments (found in my store) for my Kinders with special needs all students scored in acceptable ranges for their abilities on those assessments on the Georgia Alternate Assessment (GAA) for the standard.

I, Theressa Criswell, put this Notebook together to help my students with the concept of number. I had many students who didn't understand that numbers went in a certain order. by using this activity, my students gained a better understanding of knowing what numbers came before and after a given number. They were able to represent the amount given using the icons at the bottom of the chart.
