I created this project for a quick and easy composition assignment for my students. All they have to do is follow the directions and they will end up with a successful chord progression! It can stand alone or they can build on it to create a simple melody with an accompaniment! If you just do the basic chords, it will probably take one class period (45 minutes to an hour).
