This Social Story is designed to introduce the First…Then concept to students. It illustrates that students have to meet expectations, in order to earn choices and rewards. It helps students to complete non-preferred tasks in order to earn a break or time that they can engage in a preferred task. First …Then teaches students to demonstrate expected behaviors in order to earn coupons as a part of the classroom reward system.
