Description

This is a small group reader's theater is for 4 students. In the script - Students are hanging out and wasting some water; not intentionally - they just aren’t thinking about it. Ecoman arrives and explains what water conservation is. He/She tells the students that even kids can and should help save water. They discuss several easy ways water can be saved by kids. When Ecoman leaves the students are ready to become heroes for the environment!

We use reader's theaters to encourage our students to practice fluency. It is a fun way to do something that they need. As you know, students need to speak AND read Spanish to learn it well. The problem with many other reader's theaters is that students spend a lot of time waiting for their part. When you have a small group they get more practice and you get less off task behaviors.

Our names are Julio Lopez and Melanie Whitesides but our store name is LosDosMaestros and we hope that your students enjoy this script as much as ours did. If you like this script check out our store. Let us know how things go!

An English version of this script is available on Wonbyone's site.
