These beautiful butterfly sculptures are inspired by folk art butterflies created by a family in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico. Ours are created with recycled cardboard, aluminum foil, plaster gauze, and paint. We add color with Jazz Gloss tempera paints (not regular tempera), and you could also use acrylics.
