What educators are saying

All my EL students are Hispanic and enjoyed these activities focused on their culture. This was used throughout Hispanic Heritage Month to celebrate them and their culture. We paired the activities with authentic food, music, and games.
This resource by The Creative Classroom is a fantastic resource that I will definitely use again in my classroom. It's well-designed, engaging, and offers excellent value. I highly recommend it to other teachers looking for high-quality materials to supplement their curriculum.

Description

This Hispanic Heritage Month biography research project is one of my favorite Hispanic Heritage Month activities for middle school and high school students to learn about influential Hispanic or Latinx individuals. Students are in complete control of this project as they select their individual, research their lives, and create an informational banner to educate their classmates about their Hispanic or Latinx individual.

Take back your time with this LOW PREP project that comes in both PRINT and DIGITAL versions. This Hispanic Heritage Month project contains over 30 pages of instructional materials that will help guide teachers and students through this research activity. In addition, the completed banners can not only be used as an informative tool, but it can also be used as purposeful classroom decor when displaying the banners throughout your classroom.
