This fun project on consumer topics originally created to be used as a "holiday shopping project". It has now been made generic for any time of the year, but is easily customizable. It is a great way to assess a unit over percent proportions.

This project is designed for 4th-6th graders who need practice adding and subtracting decimals.
Students will create a menu their Thanksgiving meal. The menu needs to include a turkey, 2 side dishes, 2 vegetables, a dessert, and a beverage.

This math project allows students to create their own math board games to review concepts or focus on a certain skill. The project includes step by step instruction for students to create, design, and revise their games as well as a scoring guide. Students work in groups to create rules to their games, design the game board, and write math question cards and answers. ROAD TRIP PROJECT
This Road Trip Project is meant for middle school math students, but can be changed for younger or older.
