And...that's ironic because scent science is used to treat patients with traumatic brain injuries, Covid, and Parkinson's disease!This activity uses 8 mystery scents (commonly found around the kitchen/house) to get our kiddos thinking critically about a future chemistry career in "scent science" as a food engineer, perfume maker, or brain specialist. The activity also reinforces the important discipline of documenting our observations during the scientific process
