Winter Olympics 2018: Nations of the World
A quick research task to give students a chance to find out some of the countries and athletes that will be represented in the 2018 Olympics in PyeongChang, Korea. These labels are an engaging way to help students engage with a classroom library. They include phrases like "Ain't no fiction like HISTORICAL Fiction" and "POWER to the PEOPLE" and can be printed in color or black-and-white. This is a great, quick way to spruce up a dull classroom library.

Center Roles Week 1 - 4
Use these center roles to assign each student a rotating role.
The roles are:
1. Author (recorder/writes/types)
2. Illustrator (draws/prints artwork)
3. Librarian (gets books off shelves)
