Gene Kelly and Bob Fosse Power Point
Power Point contains history on both Gene Kelly and Bob Fosse from early childhood until the height of their professional careers. Includes pictures and Youtube links.
The Gene Kelly portion focuses on his family driven dance style that appeals to masses, verse Bob Fosse's provocative style to appeal the the counter culture movement.

Both Sides Now - by Joni Mitchell - Song Analysis
Students will analyze the lyrics to Joni Mitchell's "Both Sides Now," using a colour-coded annotation strategy and discuss their findings with a partner. They will compare two video performances of the song and write a reflection on their interpretation. Thematic focus: "innocence to experience." Estimated time: 1 class period.
