Starting Point for Literacy Coaches
I created the Literacy Coach Checklist 5 years ago to help develop my "coaching eye." Since then, it has been used as a tool to foster the coach/teacher relationship and to provide direct feedback to teachers during the debriefing process. Surface level learning occurs when students do not progress past the first or second level of Bloom’s Taxonomy.
